Two Magnet Students were Regional Winners at the Junior Science and Humanities Symposium
  • Jacob Hurwitz won first place and a $2,000 scholarship for his math project "Decycling Densities of Tessellations."
  • Sophia Deng won third place and a $1,000 scholarship for her biology project "Identification and Colocalization of Dense Core Regulator IA-2 with Serotonin in Taste Buds."
