Emily Yanisko receives her National Board Teacher Certification

Emily Yanisko recently received her National Board Teacher Certification in Adolescent and Young Adult Mathematics.  She is teaching math at Parkdale High School in Riverdale, MD.  while pursuing a PhD in Education at the University of Maryland, College Park.  She is also serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the Magnet Foundation.

Jason Ernst a PostDoc at MIT

Jason Ernst '98 completed a PhD in the School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon and is currently a Postdoc at MIT in the field of computational biology.

Fred Irby a commercial real estate appraiser in DC

Fred Irby '98 graduated from Florida A&M's 5-year MBA program and is currently working as a commercial real estate appraiser in Washington, DC.
