Mission Statement

The Mission of the Magnet Foundation is to promote science, mathematics and computer science education by supporting the Magnet Program at Montgomery Blair High School in its efforts to develop resources and refine practices needed to provide a rigorous and enriched education for students, staff and the community at large.
 
The Foundation will:
  1. Support and enhance current and future Magnet Program activities;
  2. Reach out to the broader community to prepare and attract a more diverse and highly qualified student applicant base; and
  3. Cultivate relationships between alumni and the Magnet Program.
